Costs in case of unexpected cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>In case you need to cancel your villa booking, we need a written report of this fact. De costs of cancellation are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. 25% in the period between down payment and eight (8)\u00a0weeks prior to arrival<\/li>\n
  2. 50% in the period between eight (8)\u00a0weeks and five (5) weeks prior to arrival<\/li>\n
  3. 80% in the period between five (5) weeks and three (3) weeks prior to arrival<\/li>\n
  4. In case you have to cancel your booking within three (3) weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the renting price is due.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
